You know what will happen from the start
Uncertainty is the most draining part of handling anything from a distance. That’s why every case follows the same four steps, and at the end of each one we write to tell you what has been done.

Initial consultation
We listen to your situation by phone, WhatsApp or video call. You can speak Turkish, German, English or French. We tell you plainly whether it can be done and roughly how long it will take.
Documents and roadmap
We send you, in writing, which documents are needed and where they come from, who does which step, and the total fee. We don’t start any work until you approve.
Handling
If needed, you sign a single power of attorney at the consulate. From then on, we handle the land registry, notary, SGK, civil registry and court procedures with our network of specialists.
Updates and closing
You receive a short update with every development. The final documents reach you by email and, if you wish, by courier to your address in the country where you live.
Three concerns we often hear
“Do I have to go to Turkey to give power of attorney?”
No. A power of attorney can be given at the Turkish consulate in the country where you live. We draft the text and guide you through booking the appointment.
“Could my power of attorney be misused?”
We limit the power of attorney strictly to the authority the matter requires. The text states which transaction it is for, and you can revoke it once your matter is done.
“Will the fee go up later?”
Our service fee is set out in writing before any work begins. Official costs such as fees, notary and translation are shown separately, with receipts.
“How will I know where my case stands?”
Your case has one person responsible for it. They write to you at every step, and you can ask at any time and get an answer.
The first step is a conversation
Tell us about your situation. Let’s talk through how it will proceed and what it will cost you.
